Once you've placed your order, we begin preparing your pieces for their journey to you.

Standard processing usually takes 2–3 days before dispatch.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation along with your personal Track & Trace number, allowing you to follow your order's journey.

Some pieces, including certain shoes, require additional sourcing or production. These items may take 3–5 days to leave the factory, which can extend the preparation time before your order is dispatched to you. We will let you know if this applies to your order.

Estimated delivery to Australia: 7–12 working days after dispatch.

Processing and any additional production time are separate from this delivery estimate. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders are shipped internationally from our fulfilment partner in China.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a Track & Trace number so you can follow its journey.

Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after dispatch while the shipping carrier processes your parcel.
