A little care goes into every Elsie & Rue order. Here is what to expect while your lovely pieces make their way to you.

Delivery to Australia

Enjoy free standard shipping on every order to Australia. No minimum spend is required, including when you use a discount code.

Preparing your order

Standard processing usually takes 2–3 days before dispatch. We begin preparing your order when we receive it.

Some pieces, including certain shoes, require additional sourcing or production. These items may take 3–5 days to leave the factory, which can extend the preparation time before your order is dispatched to you. We will let you know if this applies to your order.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, shipping to Australia normally takes 7–12 working days. Processing time is separate from this delivery estimate. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders are shipped internationally from our fulfilment partner in China. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs processing, carrier delays or local delivery conditions.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the available tracking information so you can follow its journey. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear while the carrier processes your parcel.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.
